Desowen Cream 10gm (Desonide) is a topical corticosteroid. It works by binding to intracellular receptors, suppressing inflammation and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators, thereby reducing itching, redness, and swelling.
Store at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the product shows signs of discoloration or other changes.
Apply a thin layer of desonide to the affected area(s) once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the condition and the response to therapy. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage or duration of treatment.
Wash your hands before and after application unless treating the hands.
