Paracetamol

The primary active ingredient, a pain reliever and fever reducer.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headache, muscle aches, toothache, backache.

Reduction of fever.

Febrinest 250mg Syp 60ml (Paracetamol) reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, the part of the brain that regulates body temperature. Its pain-relieving mechanism is less well understood but is thought to involve inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions on the product label or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Typical adult dose: 500mg - 1000mg every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4000mg in 24 hours.

Combining paracetamol with alcohol can increase the risk of liver damage. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption while taking paracetamol.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women
