Sertaconazole

Sertaconazole nitrate is the active ingredient in most formulations. It's an azole antifungal.Specific formulations may contain inactive ingredients like creams, ointments, or lotions. Check product labeling for a full list of ingredients.

Treatment of superficial fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis), jock itch (tinea cruris), and ringworm (tinea corporis).

Treatment of cutaneous candidiasis (yeast infections of the skin).

Onabet Lotion 30ml (Sertaconazole) nitrate inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption leads to increased membrane permeability and ultimately fungal cell death.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiration date.

Apply a thin layer of cream/ointment/lotion to the affected area twice daily, usually morning and evening.

Continue treatment for at least 2-4 weeks, even if symptoms improve. Consult a healthcare professional for treatment duration.

Wash and thoroughly dry the affected area before application.
