Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Magnesium Trisilicate: An antacid that neutralizes stomach acid, helping to relieve heartburn and indigestion.

Relief of mild to moderate pain associated with headache, toothache, muscular aches, and menstrual cramps.

Reduction of fever.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes.

Diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis, thus decreasing pain and inflammation. Paracetamol's exact mechanism is not fully understood but is believed to involve inhibition of COX enzymes in the central nervous system. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine receptors, reducing allergic responses. Magnesium trisilicate neutralizes stomach acid.
