Prevention of organ rejection after transplantation (kidney, liver, heart, lung, pancreas)

Treatment of severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults and children who have not responded to other therapies

Tacrox 0.03% Oint 10gm (Tacrolimus) is an immunosuppressant medication that works by suppressing the body's immune system, preventing it from attacking the transplanted organ or causing inflammation in conditions like atopic dermatitis and ulcerative colitis.

Store tacrolimus at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets. Do not flush unused medication down the toilet or pour it down a drain.

The dosage of tacrolimus varies depending on the condition being treated, the patient's age, weight, and other factors.

It is usually taken twice a day, with or without food.

The medication should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not skip doses or stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

For topical use, apply the ointment as directed by your doctor.

Do not get the ointment in your eyes or mouth.
