Fluocinolone Acetonide

Tretinoin

A retinoid (derivative of vitamin a) that promotes cell turnover, unclogs pores, and reduces acne and wrinkles.

Treatment of melasma (a skin condition causing brown or grayishbrown patches on the face).

Treatment of hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin) caused by various factors including sun exposure, acne, and inflammation.

This combination medication works synergistically. Fluocinolone acetonide reduces inflammation and suppresses melanin production. Hydroquinone directly inhibits melanin synthesis. Tretinoin increases cell turnover, helping to exfoliate pigmented skin cells and reveal brighter skin underneath. The combined effect leads to a reduction in the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.

Avoid applying to broken or irritated skin.

Use sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day, as the medication may increase sun sensitivity.
