Clarger 500mg Inj Inj (Clarithromycin) is a macrolide antibiotic. It works by inhibiting the growth of bacteria by interfering with their protein synthesis, effectively preventing them from multiplying.
Store this medication at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
The dosage of clarithromycin will vary depending on the type of infection being treated, your age, and your overall health.
Always take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
It is usually taken twice daily with or without food.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.
Swallow them whole with a glass of water.
Common side effects include:

Taste changes
