Dytor Plus Ls 10 Tab (Spironolactone + Torasemide) work together to lower blood pressure and reduce fluid retention by promoting urine production. Torasemide inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the kidneys, leading to increased excretion of fluid and electrolytes.
