A decongestant that shrinks swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages.
An antihistamine that reduces allergy symptoms like runny nose and sneezing.
An expectorant that helps loosen and thin mucus in the airways.
Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as headache, fever, muscle aches, nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and cough with mucus.
Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through its action on the central nervous system. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, relieving congestion. Chlorpheniramine blocks the effects of histamine, reducing allergic symptoms. Ambroxol increases mucus secretion and facilitates its expectoration.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take with or without food, as directed.
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, upset stomach.
Rarely, allergic reactions may occur (rash, itching, swelling).
Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase the risk of liver damage (especially with paracetamol).
Avoid driving or operating machinery if drowsiness or dizziness occur.

Caution is advised in patients with kidney disease.
Caution is advised in patients with liver disease. Excessive paracetamol use can be very damaging to the liver.
