Tobramycin

Obra Eye Oint 3gm (Tobramycin) inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, leading to misreading of mRNA and ultimately preventing bacterial growth and replication.

Store at controlled room temperature (20-25°C/68-77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Discard any unused portion after the expiry date.

Dosage is determined by the severity of the infection, patient's renal function, and the specific formulation (e.g., intravenous, intramuscular, or topical).
