Osil Plus Cap (Calcium Dobesilate + Troxerutin) work synergistically to improve venous tone, reduce capillary fragility, and decrease inflammation. Calcium dobesilate strengthens capillary walls, while troxerutin improves blood flow and reduces edema. This combined action alleviates symptoms associated with venous insufficiency.
