This combination drug works by targeting different aspects of the allergic and cold symptom pathways. Cetirizine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms like itching, sneezing, and runny nose. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever by acting on the central nervous system. Pseudoephedrine shrinks swollen nasal passages, relieving congestion and making breathing easier.
Store the medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Always follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist. The usual adult dosage is:
- One tablet every 8 hours, as needed.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
- Do not crush or chew the tablet.
