An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that helps relax blood vessels.
A calcium channel blocker that also helps relax blood vessels and lower blood pressure.
Treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure)
Reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with high blood pressure and other risk factors such as coronary artery disease or diabetes.
Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels. Amlodipine prevents calcium from entering the heart and blood vessel muscles, causing them to relax and widen. This combined action lowers blood pressure and reduces cardiovascular strain.
Store at room temperature (20-25°C) in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Dosage should be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and health condition.
It's usually taken once daily, with or without food.
Do not stop taking this medication without consulting your doctor.

Nausea
Swelling in ankles, feet, or legs
Cough
Muscle pain
Low blood pressure
Alcohol may enhance the hypotensive effects of this medication. Limit or avoid alcohol consumption while taking Telmisartan + Amlodipine.
This medicine can cause dizziness or lightheadedness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.
Consult your doctor immediately if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. This medication is generally not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
The safety and efficacy of this combination in children have not been fully established.
Kidney function should be monitored, especially in patients with pre-existing kidney disease.
Liver function should be monitored, especially in patients with pre-existing liver disease.
