Tramadol binds to opioid receptors in the central nervous system, reducing pain signals. Paracetamol inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes, reducing prostaglandin synthesis and subsequently pain and fever.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Take the medication with or without food, as directed.
Swallow tablets whole with a glass of water.

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Tramadol + Paracetamol as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and liver damage.
Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you. Drowsiness is a common side effect.

Caution is advised in patients with kidney impairment. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
